I am so excited to be with you all for the session which takes place evening on Wednesday 31st January at The Millennium Centre in West Derby, Meadow Lane L12 🤩
🧘♀️ I’m going to be doing a Theta Healing Meditation with you that will take you into a deep state of relaxation (the Theta brainwave is like a dreamy state) and gift you with beautiful positive healing downloads! 🧘♂️
Arrival is at 10.15 for introductions and explanation of the session and the meditation will begin around 10.25 after this we will have time for a wellbeing chat where I will share any wellbeing tips around things such as affirmations, miracle mornings, and other holistic wellness activities that may be…
