About the event

Children/Teen Meditation&Well-being Classes

Multiple dates and donation based- pay what you can.

These sessions will include a beautiful relaxing guided meditation, supporting in balancing the energy centres within the body (chakras), positive affirmations and distance angelic reiki energy, plus a different holistic wellbeing focus each time.

Please bring:

* yoga mat or similar

*pillow or cushion

*blanket/throw

*drink of water

The session is aimed at children of upper primary and secondary school age, however if your child is younger but you feel they would benefit and they are happy to try to lie down for up to 45 minutes then they are welcome to book on!

Places are limited and must be booked.

St Mary's Millennium Centre, the middle room.

Please note this meditation class & wellness session is for children only, adults meditation class is later on the same evening. Class ran by ex teacher and experienced well-being practitioner with full DBS. Parents are welcome to drop off and pick up their child/children or wait in the seating area outside the main hall if preferred. Parents are not able to wait in the meditation room itself. Please inform us when you arrive if your child has any medical, additional or other needs that we need to be aware of.
