About the event

Welcome to our exclusive Girls Only Water Wellbeing and Paddle Board Skills Session tailored for young girls aged 12 to 17. This unique experience goes beyond traditional swimming, focusing on promoting emotional regulation, including valuable anger management techniques, all while incorporating the excitement of paddle boarding. Our certified swim instructors are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for teenage girls to unwind, connect, and grow.

During these sessions, participants can choose to engage in the empowering world of paddle boarding or simply enjoy a swim in the pool. The goal is to offer a variety of activities that cater to individual preferences, allowing each girl to explore what brings her the most joy and relaxation.

Our expert instructors are not only well-versed in traditional swimming techniques but are also trained in guiding emotional regulation through the unique experience of paddle boarding. Paddle boarding, with its focus on balance and coordination, becomes a powerful tool for managing emotions and building resilience.

To create a focused and distraction-free environment, we kindly request that adults exit the poolside area during these sessions. This ensures that participants can fully immerse themselves in the experience without any external interruptions. Parents and guardians are welcome to wait in the hallway or the school's car park during the session.

We are proud to announce that these sessions are fully funded, eliminating any financial barriers that might prevent girls from participating. Our commitment is to make this empowering experience accessible to all.

Join us for a transformative journey where the water becomes a haven for relaxation, emotional regulation, and skill-building. This is more than just a swim – it's an opportunity for teenage girls to find strength, support, and connection while navigating the waters of adolescence.
