Theta Healing Meditation Class for Adults. Suggested donation of £10.
Theta Healing helps to resolve subconscious blocks and self limiting beliefs and this is a unique meditation class based on the principals of Theta Healing created by Kathy.
The structure of the sessions is as follows:
*Settling in and explanation of the session, Please arrive at 7.40pm for this as I will be setting up the room before hand.
We begin the meditation at 7.50pm...
*In a blissful and tranquil meditation I will guide you on a journey up through the 7 planes of existence.
