Antenatal Course
Our courses run every Monday evening 7-8:30pm from St Mary's Millennium Centre L12 5EA.
They run for 6 weeks and are led by Lynsey our third year student midwife and mum of three.

Meet Lynsey​
"I'm Lynsey. A mum to three amazing kids, aged 12, 9 and 8 and I'm a third year student midwife.
​
My eldest was born at the Women's Hospital and my two youngest were born at home, using hypnobirthing techniques. When my children began school I decided to leave my career as a primary school teacher and train to be a midwife.
Midwifery has long been a dream of mine and I absolutely love helping women and families welcome their babies in to this world. I passionately believe in antenatal Education and that knowledge is power!
I think women deserve to understand what changes their body will go through in pregnancy, during birth and beyond. I want to empower women to make informed choices and help them to welcome their beautiful babies in to the world."

Our online antenatal course covers all you need to know and more to help you prepare for the birth of your little one from sessions with our antenatal educator, breastfeeding support, pelvic floor and core support as well as sessions on baby brain development, bonding and attachment this course is comprehensive, easy to watch and jam packed with information!
