Baby Massage

Massage has so many benefits for both parent and child, and is a skill that lasts a lifetime! Massage has proven benefits to support deeper sleep and relaxation, improves parental mental health and wellbeing, supports bonding and attachment, improves physical development and co-ordination as well as improving blood flow round the body and providing a full body work out for your little one! These sessions are completely child led, so please feel free to feed throughout, to take everything at your child's pace and to build up over the 5 weeks to the full body massage. 

This course is fully funded for those signed up to West Derby Medical Centre or Jubillee Medical Centre and lasts 5 weeks - the course you select indicates your start date and sessions will run for 5 weeks from that start date at the same time and location each week.
