CALM & CONNECT EVENING

At this event everyone will receive a mini Indian Head Massage (10 mins each) and will be able to use the rest of the time to listen to calming music, connect with like minded people, help themselves to herbal teas, complete journaling activities and enjoy some mindfulness colouring.

Please note the Indian head massage includes use of oil. I will provide a towel to place around your shoulders, but would advise not to wear anything you wouldn't want to get oil on just to be on the safe side. By booking this event you consent to this treatment and confirm that you have no allergies or medical or other issues that would prevent you from receiving this treatment on the day.
