About the event

Coffee Evening & Workshop for Parents & Carers

Supporting Children with Additional Needs Through Somatics

Join us for a warm, welcoming evening of conversation, connection, and practical support for parents and carers of children with additional needs.

Our incredible guest speaker Lottie Blake will share how somatic practices — gentle body-based techniques — can help both adults and children feel more grounded during overwhelming situations and support regulation for those experiencing sensory-based anxiety.

Whether you are navigating meltdowns, sensory overload, anxiety, or simply looking for new ways to support emotional wellbeing at home, this session offers practical tools in a supportive environment.
