Couch to 5K - Female Only Family Fit

Meeting by the entrance to the park from the West Derby Village Gates, we'll be setting off as a female only group to complete the couch to 5K together! Open to females of all ages, we'll be running alongside eachother, getting fitter, building community and getting some fresh air too! It would be lovely to have you with us! You'll be able to complete 2 other runs per week alone, joining us every Thursday for a group run! Our whatsapp group will keep us all accountable and there's medals and prizes to be won too! Come and join in! All welcome and absolutely no previous experience is necessary.
