SJ Fitness will be hosting these sessions at CROXTETH PARK.
These fun-filled, one-hour sessions are designed for the whole family and are packed with exciting activities to get everyone moving. Expect a mix of family-friendly fitness circuits, team challenges, bat and ball games, and plenty of active fun for all ages.
With multiple session times available, you can choose the one that works best for your family.
