What is a "Nurture Map" Zine?

A Nurture Map is a fun, handmade booklet used to visually chart the things, places, and rituals that make us feel happy, safe, and grounded. Instead of a traditional map, it’s a map of well-being! Through easy paper folding, collaging, and drawing, every member of the family will create a tangible reminder of what brings them peace and joy.
