Family Yoga

Come and join us in The Millennium Centre, West Derby Village for YOGA! We'll be practicing lots of different styles of yoga to support muscle tone and strength, relaxation, breathing and flexibility. Our sessions are open to all over 7's and provide a space to relax, to learn and to explore the benefits of exercise in all its different forms. The sessions are completely free due to funding from Sport England so come along and join us. You'll need no equipment, all will be provided, just wear comfy clothes and bring a drink. Parents and carers are welcome to practice too!
