FREE COASTAL WELLBEING WALK

Experience the beauty of the great outdoors with Liverpool Strength Co, proudly funded by Sport England. We are incredibly fortunate to offer these coastal walks at no cost, thanks to the generous support of Sport England. Our free coastal walks are designed specifically for children and young people, providing a fun and safe way to explore nature, stay active, and enjoy the fresh sea air.

Join us for these guided walks where participants will have the chance to build fitness, make new friends, and discover the stunning coastal scenery. Please ensure your child comes prepared with comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
