Tree Babies

Tree Babies is perfect for parents with babies under 1, who baby wear and use a carrier or sling. This session is all about taking time out from our busy lives and connecting with ourselves and our babies in nature. We will explore relaxation and mindfulness techniques , forest bathing, journaling, natural crafts and gratitude. This is a class where we can just 'be' rather than have to 'do'. It is also fully funded with thanks to Alder Hey, Liverpool Public Health and LCVS. Please book your space and come along for time out in beautiful surroundings with your little one.
