About the event
Children and their grown-ups are invited to explore the park through storytelling, children's yoga, breathing games, music and magical fairy fun. Together we'll go on an enchanting journey, meeting woodland creatures, discovering nature and learning simple mindfulness techniques to help children feel calm, confident and happy.
Come dressed as a fairy, superhero, explorer or simply as yourself – everyone is welcome!
Suitable for: Families with children aged approximately 2–7 years.
